Job Overview
Become the first point of contact for customers at Techtronics. We’re hiring friendly and tech-aware front desk staff to provide excellent customer service, organize schedules, and support repair operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages
- Schedule service appointments and follow-ups
- Handle POS transactions and issue receipts
- Update service logs and customer records
- Coordinate efficiently with technicians and other team members
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and smartphone literacy
- Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
- Prior customer service or admin experience preferred
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
